The Fearless W $4 bill
Remember the Clinton 3 dollar bill with Bubba's face on it blowing a whistle?
How about a Bush version of a $4 bill with his smirky lil' grin with the caption... ... "Spend it on a Gallon of Gas". Yea, that's the ticket. Don't know how to do it myself but maybe those with image printing skills could.
