Why can't I land a job analyzing the distribution and cost ratio of the Canadian military's condoms over the years?

I'd certainly bring this to their attention:
-1999: 295,200 condoms. Cost: $100,483
-2005-March 2006: 306,522 condoms. Cost: $39,541

Why the hell were they buying the brand name condoms in 1999??!

I'd love to see the statistics of how many illigitimate children were concieved in both of those years as well... :)

Well, because they spent $0.34 per condom in 1999. Now that they've moved to the cheaper generic brands (down to $0.15 per condom) I'm sure there are a lot more "accidents". ;)
